Brian Wilson has signed a one year deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers worth $10 million. One of the strangest players in baseball re-signs with the team that signed him in mid-August. Wilson was without a job for most of 2013 because of reconstructive elbow surgery he received back in April of 2012. Having finally healed, Wilson performed well in the Dodgers' bullpen and looks ready for his first full season of work since 2011. In 2010, Wilson finished seventh in the Cy Young voting because of his incredible closing performance; saving 48 games with a 1.81 ERA. Entering his age 32 season, Wilson should be expected to be the main setup man for closer Kenley Jansen in 2014.
Fantasy Impact - Wilson may see a couple of saves fall to him this year but it is unlikely that Jansen is removed from ninth inning duties any time soon.
Predictions - 5-3, 48 IP, 39 H, 18 ER, 22 BB, 53 K (3.45 ERA, 1.27 WHIP)
